They are organized into the following services:
1. expert`s social work
2. financial-accounting jobs
3. jobs for general care, diet and hygiene
4. general and common jobs
5. help in the house and house care
This kind of the organization meets all the needs of today number of users.
Since the interest of citizens for some of forms of social protection
(such as accomodation, help in the house, protected lodging and others) is
increasing, we want to develop open forms of social protection in future.
The thing which is the most important and which makes us proud is our relation with users.
They are like our parents for us and, regardless of the differences which they have as
far as the health, education and life-style are concerned, we want to give all of them
the same care and love.
We want to get to know them well, to help them to become adapted to the new environment,
and to help them to make new friends. We especially insist on their responsibility, which
means, on their awareness of belonging to the institution, as far as their taking care of
the building itself is concerned, for example, the electricity should not be used without
need, "food should not be wasted", "they should take care about their environment", "they
should work in greenhouses" and so on.
