Users who are in our institution should not worry about anything. We provide accomodation for them, we give them medical protection, diet, help and care. Medical protection means that a doctor, medical nurses, a physical therapist and nursing attendants take care of the medical state of our users.

Besides, we offer our users many activities, for example, activities related to work and occupation, to culture and amusement and to recreation and rehabilitation and we also offer them services of social work.

We provide help in the house and house care for old and infirm people, for those with chronic diseases and for others who are not able to take care of themselves on their own. Gerontological hostesses and qualified nurses take care of those people.

During 2002 professional service of the institution made the poll about the number and needs of old people in the municipality of Bačka Palanka, in order to see their social, medical and functional state and problems, and to see possibilities for solving these problems, by organizing the service for help in the house and for house care.
